Jack Ricchiuto

Jack is a corporate coach and meeting facilitator in the areas of executive performance, project management, and organization development. Working cross 20 plus industries for over 25 years, Jack continues to bring an appreciative and innovative approach to organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500's. His clients represent service and product as well as business and consumer industries.A freelance business writer, Jack is author of the Collaborative Creativity, Accidental Conversations, and the recently released Project Zen. He is currently working on a new book project, New Spaces.
With a BS from John Carroll University and an MA from Goddard College, Vermont, Jack develops and teaches courses and seminars for Executive MBA and continuing education programs in the areas of project management, leadership, innovation, and organization development. He is also certified as a facilitator in the Tom Peters Group WOW! PROJECTS workshop.
Jack's credentials have included the distinctions of Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Qualified Project Mentor (QPM). A member of the judging panel for the SBN Annual Innovation Awards, Jack has been quoted in Entrepreneur Magazine, Harvard Business Review, Management Review, Antenna Magazine and others. Jack is a member of the Society Of Professional Journalists and the Open Space Institute.
Sally Breyley Parker
Sally is the President of Currere Inc., an organizational development consulting firm working to build sustainable organizations and communities. As a cultural anthropologist with over twenty years experience in management, organizational development and physical space design, Ms. Parker has helped numerous for profit, not-for-profit, and community organizations improve organizational strength and effectiveness. She specializes in the development and growth of emerging and changing organizations, facilitating diverse groups to establish shared purpose and define common ground for action.Most recently, her work with Currere has involved strategic planning, organizational and board development, feasibility and market studies, and organizational culture assessments. Clients included APCOA, BP America, Pioneer Standard Electronics, Fabri-centers of America, Kichler Lighting, Figgie International, Coopers and Lybrand, Price Waterhouse, The U.S. Department of Justice, and University Hospitals.
Prior to forming Currere, Ms. Parker was a founding partner and President of The Arris Group, a Cleveland based commercial architectural and design firm. With combined expertise in cultural anthropology and interior architecture, she helped a variety of Fortune 500 companies strategically assess changing organizational and physical space needs and develop plans to maximize facility utilization. Ms. Parker was also a project manager and designer with URS Consultants in Cleveland before forming The Arris Group.

George has to his credits the creation and promotion of online and offline communities and is a Managing Editor for the innovative online newsletter, Cool Cleveland.
As a Microsoft Certified Professional, George has worked in information management systems with companies including Swagelok and NCS DataCom, and is fluent in XML, RSS, scripting languages, and a variety of data bases.
